Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick defended President Trump’s financial insurance policies in a CBS Information interview, insisting tariffs are “price it” even when they result in a recession.
Stated Luttnick: “These insurance policies are a very powerful factor America has ever had.”
Politico: “White Home and administration officers, in addition to Trump’s exterior allies, are rising more and more annoyed with Lutnick, privately complaining in regards to the shut proximity he has to the president and the counsel he’s giving him on financial points.
