BOULDER, Colo. — A Boulder man was arrested Friday for allegedly possessing little one sexual abuse materials (CSAM).
Adrian Acevedo, 32, faces one depend of sexual exploitation of a kid – possession (Class 4 felony) and two counts of sexual exploitation of a kid – possession (Class 5 felonies).
The Boulder County Sheriff’s Workplace stated the Colorado Web Crimes Towards Kids (ICAC) Process Drive obtained details about the possession of CSAM from the Nationwide Heart for Lacking and Exploited Kids (NCMEC).
On Nov. 8, investigators executed a search warrant at Acevedo’s residence within the 800 block of twenty ninth Road in Boulder and seized a number of digital units. The sheriff’s workplace stated “a number of information have been present in violation of sexual exploitation of a kid.”
Acevedo was arrested Friday and booked into the Boulder County Jail with out bond.
