DENVER (KDVR) — A Denver firefighter was arrested by the Colorado Springs Police Division for a “home incident” on Oct. 17, in line with the Denver Hearth Division.
Derek Smith was arrested by the Colorado Springs Police and is now going through prices of felony first-degree legal trespass of a dwelling and misdemeanor legal mischief. In keeping with Colorado court docket data, Smith is scheduled to look in El Paso County District Court docket on Nov. 3.
Smith was employed by the Denver Hearth Division in 2020, in line with the division, and is assigned to Station 28, situated on South Wolff Avenue within the Fort Logan neighborhood.
