The Federal Deposit Insurance coverage Corp. has employed an impartial agency to conduct a “top-to-bottom evaluation” of alleged harassment and discrimination on the banking regulator, its chairman instructed workers Monday, hours after The Wall Avenue Journal revealed an investigation that discovered a longtime poisonous environment prompted ladies to give up the company.
In a three-minute video to workers reviewed by the Journal, Chairman Martin Gruenberg mentioned the article “raises some severe allegations in regards to the FDIC office” and mentioned the agency would contact workers to solicit their confidential enter. He didn’t specify which agency the company had employed.
