Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) stated he spoke to Rep. George Santos (R-NY) “at some size” over the Thanksgiving break about “his choices,” Punchbowl Information stories.
Curiously, Johnson stated “it stays to be seen” whether or not the Home will vote on an expulsion decision.
Johnson’s remark signifies that Santos could also be contemplating resigning. That’s the one means that the Home will keep away from a vote on expelling Santos.
