French President Emmanuel Macron is convening European leaders for an emergency summit in Paris on Monday, Politico studies.
Polish Overseas Minister Radosław Sikorski mentioned that he expects the European leaders to debate “in a really critical style” the challenges posed by President Donald Trump.
