WESTMINSTER, Colo. (KDVR) — A person sleeping in a tent off I-25 was struck and critically injured early Saturday morning after a suspect car went off the roadway whereas making an attempt to keep away from one other car.
The person driving the suspect car, Giang Tran, 23, was arrested on vehicular assault prices.
Westminster Police responded to the crash, which occurred on southbound I-25 close to 136th Avenue, at 3:16 a.m.
