Remembering Cuomo's Covid Misrule

On 25 March, 2020, on the peak of the Covid pandemic, a single piece of paper, a directive signed by Andrew Cuomo, then the governor of New York, caused 1000’s of deaths in nursing properties and related care services. Among the many victims have been my mother and father, Michael J. Newman and Dolores D. Newman, however generally known as Mickey and Dee to anybody who knew them.
