Russia in Dialogue With U.S. on Detained People, Putin Says
Mr. Putin described talks with U.S. officers over two detained People, Evan Gershkovich, a reporter for The Wall Avenue Journal, and Paul Whelan, a former Marine and company govt, as “tough.”

My colleague, the Wall Avenue Journal correspondent Evan Gershkovich has been held in Lefortovo Jail and not using a trial for 37 weeks. His detention was immediately, once more, the extension on his detention was immediately, once more, upheld. Paul Whelan, one other U.S. citizen, has been in jail for practically 5 years. A spokesman for the U.S. State Division, which considers each males wrongfully detained, not too long ago mentioned that Moscow had rejected what it referred to as a considerable supply to return each of them to the USA. Is that true? What’s going to it take to carry them dwelling?
