WESTMINSTER, Colo. — A suspected DUI driver was arrested after a crash off Interstate 25 early Saturday morning critically injured a person sleeping in a tent subsequent to the freeway in Westminster.
Giang Tran, 23, was booked into the Adams County Detention Heart on expenses of vehicular assault—DUI after the three:16 a.m. crash, in keeping with Westminster Police Division.
Police stated Tran was southbound on I-25 when he veered off the interstate at 136th Avenue to keep away from one other motorist. His car struck a person who was sleeping in a tent situated off the roadway.
