The Finish of Palestinian Authority's 'Pay for Slay'?

On Feb. 10, Palestinian Authority (PA) President Mahmoud Abbas introduced a long-promised change to the PA’s "Pay for Slay" coverage. Many triumphant headlines declared this as an official finish to the reprehensible PA coverage of paying stipends to the households of "martyrs" (that’s, terrorists) who had been both killed, injured, or imprisoned whereas explicitly finishing up violence in opposition to Israel.
